The Land and Acquisition Division provides complete document development services for the acquisition and conveyance of surface, mineral and royalty interests, and reducing title risk associated with ownership. Blue Ox Land will also establish ownership derived from professional Division Orders and manage Unit and Working Interest ownership. Our secure website portal will provide you with a geographic database and current reports of your projects.

We prepare title reports along with supporting chains of title and flow chart documentation.
